I didn’t create this platform because I had a great idea.
I created it because I lost friends and loved ones.
Because I watched systems fail them.
Because I experienced what healthcare and human care look like in other parts of the world — and then I came home and compared everything.
I realized that Americans aren’t broken — we just don’t have the same knowledge, or easy access, at our disposal.

My mother didn’t stop fighting. She just ran out of support. The system she was in didn’t see her fire. It didn’t offer options. It offered routine, protocol, and prescriptions. What she needed was rest. Culture. Energy. Nourishment. She needed support beyond the status quo.
She needed the kinds of things I had seen used in other countries. But no one here offered them. No one even considered them. That loss became my fuel.
I find people and cultures fascinating. I’m always trying to figure out ways to do things and I often find myself researching how other cultures do them.
My wellness journey began when I traveled to Europe. I learned about approaches that were new to me. I’ve seen firsthand how one country’s approach to wellness had adverse effects on loved ones.
I spent years living in Europe where I experienced remedies most Americans never have:
Illness being treated holistically before considering other options
Financial systems that support everyday citizens
Foods and spices being treated as forms of healing
Ancient methods of therapy
In these places, people still suffer — but the options are different. The values are different.
And often, the outcomes are too.
After losing my parents, I knew I couldn’t just grieve. I had to create a way for others to know what I now knew — before they lost someone dear to them too. That’s where the Wellness Integrity Project began. Not as a business. Not as a coaching service. But as a platform for truth — for wellness, wealth, and wisdom we were never given access to.
Something in you already suspects that there’s more. More ways to get well. More ways to protect your family. More ways to live. This space is for people like you. People who’ve been dismissed, overlooked, underestimated — but who are still searching. Welcome. You’re not crazy. You’re not wrong. And you’re not alone.
